Mer intérieure, Giulia Grossman

Experimental work created with the support of Olympiade Culturelle – Région Sud

As part of the Olympiade Culturelle project, aimed at promoters of projects in the Southern Region that combine art and sport, and of which the OVNi association is a prizewinner, ONVi is programming for the second time the experimental film Mer Intérieure, directed by Giulia Grossmann, in partnership with the Centre Nautique de Nice, sound creation by Méryll Ampe and color-grading by Roderick Vazquez.

This beautiful project was born of a meeting between Giulia Grossmann and a couple of visually impaired high-level sportsmen and women, who are passionate about sailing.

“This film represents an attempt to emotionally retranscribe the experience of embarking on Jamila and Robert’s sailboat, through image and sound.”
