Manuela Marques : Guest of honor 2023

OUR GUEST OF HONOR

Portuguese artist living in France, her photographic and video series focuses on capturing natural phenomena in different parts of the world. She offers to the public a physical and sensitive experience in which the event can happen at any moment.

Manuela Marques has recently presented monographic exhibitions at the Musée d’art contemporain du Chiado, Lisbon (2022), Musée d’art moderne André Malraux- MuMa, Le Havre (2022), Arquipélago art center, Sao Miguel – Azores (2019), Musée de Lodève (2019), Musée Calouste Gulbenkian, Lisbon (2017), Château d’eau, Toulouse (2016), Circulo de Artes Plasticas, Coimbra (2015), Centre Régional de la Photographie du Nord-Pas-de-Calais (2015), Fondation Calouste Gulbenkian – Délégation en France Paris (2014).
