On November 15 at 6:30pm, come and celebrate the opening of the 10th edition of the OVNi festival at 109 – Pôle de cultures contemporaines, a vibrant venue for contemporary creation in Nice, where the imagination takes flight freely. To mark this anniversary, OVNi takes you on “Le Grand Jeu”, an immersive video journey where reality and imagination intertwine in a boundless artistic exploration.
Discover a selection of captivating and innovative works, combining video installations, performances and immersive creations. This special edition promises a unique sensory experience, where every corner of the 109 is transformed into a space of visual discovery and interaction.
In La Grande Halle, immerse yourself in Pierre Giner’s HyperMnémosyne, Elsewhere in the Flow of Images, a Mix Media Project in which viewers are invited to take a walk and create their own memories, an exhibition to be experienced like a film. This project is part of Atmosphères simulées, a collection of Video Games conceived by Justine Emard and Damien Baïs and produced during workshops in art schools, for a collective practice of creation.
Pierre Giner’s project was realized in collaboration with Villa Kujoyama.
Until November 30, embark on the Artifice Numérique #7 Intelligence! festival organized by Le Hublot, under the direction of Frédéric Alemany. Discover exhibitions, performances and workshops around artificial intelligence and digital arts, with the participation of contemporary artists exploring this theme such as Stéphane Bissières, France Cadet, Grégory Chatonsky, Marc Chevalier, David Coignard, Thomas Garnier & Félix Luque Sanchez.
La Station, curated by Cédric Teisseire, hosts a group and performance exhibition Vie-ves! Sauvage, based on a proposal by Camille Franch-Guerra.
